God's word in unchangeable

QURAN - 'And the word of thy Lord has been fulfilled in truth and justice. None can change His words.' (En'am 6:115)

'There is no changing the words of Allah - that indeed is the supreme achievement.' (Yunus 10:64)

TORAH - All humanity is grass, and all its loyalty is like the flowers of the field. Grass withers and flowers fade away when the Lord's breath blows on them; surely the people are like grass. Grass withers and flowers fade away, but the word of our God will stand forever. (Isaiah 40:6-8)

ZEBUR - Your word is forever, Lord; it is firmly established in heaven.  (Psalm 119:89)

INJEEL - Heaven and earth will disappear, but my words will never disappear. (Matthew 24:35)

Shahada - the creed

QURAN - 'Your God is One God' and 'Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah' (Al-Baqara 2:163 and Ahzab 33:40)

TORAH - Hear, O Israel! The Lord is our God, the Lord is one! You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your might. These words, which I am commanding you today, shall be on your heart. (Deuteronomy 6:4-6)

INJEEL - At the name of Jesus every knee will bow, of those who are in heaven and on earth and under the earth, and every tongue will confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father. (Philippians 2:10-11)

if you confess with your mouth Jesus as Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. (Romans 10:9)

Circumcision

QURAN - (Circumcision is not mentioned in the Qur'an)

TORAH - God said to Abraham, "This is My covenant, which you shall keep, between Me and you and your descendants after you: every male among you shall be circumcised." (Genesis 17:9-10)

So circumcise your heart, and stiffen your neck no longer. (Deuteronomy 10:16)

Fasting

QURAN - 'O ye who believe ! Fasting is prescribed for you, as it was prescribed for those before you, so that you may guard against evil... The month of Ramadaan... let him fast therein.' (Al-Baqara 2:183-185)

'It is made lawful for you to go in unto your wives on the night of the fast. They are a sort of garment for you and you are a sort of garment for them. Allah knows that you have been acting unjustly to yourselves, wherefore He has turned to you with mercy and afforded you relief. So you may now go in unto them and seek what Allah has ordained for you; and eat and drink until the white thread becomes distinct to you from the black tread of the dawn. Then complete the fast till nightfall and do not go in unto them while you remain in the Mosques for devotion.' (Al-Baqara 2:187)

TORAH - Behold, you fast for contention and strife and to strike with a wicked fist. You do not fast like you do today to make your voice heard on high. Will you call this a fast, even an acceptable day to the Lord? Is this not the fast which I choose ... to divide your bread with the hungry. and bring the homeless poor into the house; when you see the naked, to cover him; and not to hide yourself from your own flesh? Then your light will break out like the dawn... I hate your new moon festivals and your appointed feasts, they have become a burden to Me; I am weary of bearing them. So when you spread out your hands in prayer, I will hide My eyes from you. Yes, even though you multiply prayers, I will not listen. Your hands are covered with blood. Wash yourselves, make yourselves clean; remove the evil of your deeds from My sight. Cease to do evil, learn to do good. (Isaiah 58:4-8 and 1:13-17)

INJEEL - Whenever you fast, do not put on a gloomy face as the hypocrites do, for they neglect their appearance so that they will be noticed by men when they are fasting. Truly I say to you, they have their reward in full. But you, when you fast, anoint your head and wash your face, so that your fasting will not be noticed by men, but by your Father who is in secret; and your Father who sees what is done in secret will reward you. (Matthew 6:16-18)

Now there were at Antioch, in the church that was there... while they were ministering to the Lord and fasting, the Holy Spirit said, "Set apart for Me Barnabas and Saul for the work to which I have called them." Then, when they had fasted and prayed and laid their hands on them, they sent them away. (Acts 13:1-3)

Zakat / Alms

QURAN - 'The alms are only for the poor and the needy, and for those employed in connections therewith, and for those whose hearts are to be reconciled, and for the freeing of slaves, and for those in debt, and for the cause of Allah, and for the wayfarer.' (At-Tawba 9:60)

'And observe prayer and pay the Zakaat; and whatever good you send on before you for yourselves, you shall find it with Allah.' (Al-Baqara 2:110)

INJEEL - But whoever has the world's goods, and sees his brother in need and closes his heart against him, how does the love of God abide in him? (1.John 3:17)

If a brother or sister is without clothing and in need of daily food, and one of you says to them, "Go in peace, be warmed and be filled," and yet you do not give them what is necessary for their body, what use is that? Even so faith, if it has no works, is dead, being by itself. (James 2:15-17)

And if I give all my possessions to feed the poor, and if I surrender my body to be burned, but do not have love, it profits me nothing. (1.Corinthians 13:3)

Salat / Prayer

QURAN - 'Watch over prayers, and particularly the middle prayer, and stand before Allah submissively. If you are in a state of fear, then say your prayers on foot or riding, but when you are safe, remember Allah as He has taught you that which you did not know. (Al-Baqara 2:238-239 - Sherali)

'And when you have finished the prayer, remember Allah, standing and sitting, and laying on your sides... verily prayer is enjoined on the believers to be performed at fixed hours.' (An-Nisa 4:103)

'Observe prayer from the declining and paling of the sun till the darkness of the night, and recite the Qur'an at dawn. Verily, the recitation of the Qur'an at dawn is specially acceptable to Allah. And during a part of the night wake up for its recitation - a supererogatory service for thee. It may be that thy Lord will raise thee to an exalted station.' (Isra 17:78-79)

'And enjoin prayer on thy people and be constant therein. We ask thee not for provision.' (Ta-Ha 20:132)

INJEEL - When you pray, you are not to be like the hypocrites; for they love to stand and pray in the synagogues and on the street corners so that they may be seen by men. Truly I say to you, they have their reward in full. But you, when you pray, go into your inner room, close your door and pray to your Father who is in secret, and your Father who sees what is done in secret will reward you. And when you are praying, do not use meaningless repetition as the Gentiles do, for they suppose that they will be heard for their many words (Matthew 6:5-7)

Pray, then, in this way: "Our Father who is in heaven, hallowed be Your name. Your kingdom come. Your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread. And forgive us our debts, as we also have forgiven our debtors. And do not lead us into temptation, but deliver us from evil. For Yours is the kingdom and the power and the glory forever. Amen.' (Matthew 6:9-13)

Pray without ceasing. (1.Selanikliler 5:17)

But I say to you, love your enemies and pray for those who persecute you. (Matthew 5:44)

So I say to you, ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you. For everyone who asks, receives; and he who seeks, finds; and to him who knocks, it will be opened. Now suppose one of you fathers is asked by his son for a fish; he will not give him a snake instead of a fish, will he? Or if he is asked for an egg, he will not give him a scorpion, will he? If you then, being evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your heavenly Father give the Holy Spirit to those who ask Him? (Luke 11:9-13)

Cleanliness

QURAN - 'Forbidden to you is the flesh of an animal which dies of itself, and blood and the flesh of swine; and that on which is invoked the name of any other than Allah; and that which has been strangled; and that which has been beaten to death.' (Al-Maedah 5:3 - Sherali)

O ye who believe ! when you stand up for prayer, wash your faces, and your hands up to the elbows, and pass your wet hands over your heads and wash your feet to the ankles... And if you find not water, betake yourselves to pure dust and wipe therewith your faces and your hands. (Al-Maedah 5:6 - Sherali)

INJEEL - For everything created by God is good, and nothing is to be rejected if it is received with gratitude. (1.Timothy 4:4)

After Jesus called the crowd to Him, He said to them, "Hear and understand. It is not what enters into the mouth that defiles the man, but what proceeds out of the mouth, this defiles the man... For out of the heart come evil thoughts, murders, adulteries, fornications, thefts, false witness, slanders. These are the things which defile the man." (Matthew 15:10-11,19-20)

Woe to you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! For you clean the outside of the cup and of the dish, but inside they are full of robbery and self-indulgence... first clean the inside of the cup and of the dish, so that the outside of it may become clean also. (Matthew 23:25-26)

Trusting yourself

BUDDHA - 'To exist is misery. The cause of misery is people's own selfish desires. Be a light to yourself, just trust yourself. Don't rely on any help but yourself. Don't expect help from anyone but yourself. Make your own rules. Explore your own heart, and then you will understand all the truths in the universe.'' ('The Teachings of the compassionate Buddha.'; E.A.Burtt; s.2)

TORAH - Trust in the Lord with all your heart and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will make your paths straight. Do not be wise in your own eyes; fear the Lord and turn away from evil. (Proverbs 3:5-7)

Warfare

QURAN - 'O ye who believe! Take not the Jews and the Christians for friends.' (Al-Maedah 5:51 - Pickthall)

'The spoils of war belong to Allah and the messenger.' (Al-Anfal 8:1)

'O Prophet! Exhort the believers to fight.... urge on the believers to fight!' (Al-Anfal 8:65, An-Nisa 4:84 - Sherali)

'Warfare is ordained for you, though it is hateful unto you.' (Al-Baqara 2:216)

'Then, when the sacred months have passed, slay the idolaters wherever ye find them.' (At-Tawba 9:5)

'Fight against such of those who have been given the Scripture as believe not in Allah nor the Last Day, and forbid not that which Allah hath forbidden by His messenger, and follow not the Religion of Truth, until they pay the tribute readily, being brought low.' (At-Tawba 9:29)

'O ye who believe; what is the matter with you that, when it is said to you, go forth in the way of Allah, you sink down heavily towards the earth ? ... If you will not go forth to fight in the cause of Allah, He will punish you with a painful punishment, and will chose in your stead a people other than you, and you shall do Him no harm at all. And Allah has full power over all things.' (At-Tawba 9:38-39 - Sherali)

'Go forth, light or heavy, and strive with your wealth and your lives in the cause of Allah. That is best for you, if only you knew... Surely, Allah has purchased of the believers their persons and their property in return for the heavenly Garden they shall have; they fight in the cause of Allah, and they slay and are slain.' (At-Tawba 9:41 and 9:111 - Sherali)

INJEEL - But I say to you, love your enemies and pray for those who persecute you, so that you may be sons of your Father who is in heaven... For if you love those who love you, what reward do you have?... Do not even the Gentiles do the same? Therefore you are to be perfect, as your heavenly Father is perfect. (Matthew 5:44-48)

While He was still speaking, behold, Judas, one of the twelve, came up accompanied by a large crowd with swords and clubs, who came from the chief priests and elders of the people... And behold, one of those who were with Jesus reached and drew out his sword, and struck the slave of the high priest and cut off his ear. Then Jesus said to him, "Put your sword back into its place; for all those who take up the sword shall perish by the sword. Or do you think that I cannot appeal to My Father, and He will at once put at My disposal more than twelve legions of angels?" ... So Jesus said to Peter, "Put the sword into the sheath; the cup which the Father has given Me, shall I not drink it?" ... But Jesus answered and said, "Stop! No more of this." And He touched his ear and healed him... Having arrested Him, they led Him away and brought Him to the house of the high priest. (Matthew 26:47-53; John 18:11; Luke 22:51-54)

For you have been called for this purpose, since Christ also suffered for you, leaving you an example for you to follow in His steps, who committed no sin, nor was any deceipt found in His mouth; and while being reviled, He did not revile in return; while suffering, He uttered no threats, but kept entrusting Himself to Him who judges righteously; and He Himself bore our sins in His body on the cross, so that we might die to sin and live to righteousness; for by His wounds you were healed. (1.Peter 2:21-24)

Marriage

QURAN - 'Marry of the women, who seem good to you, two or three or four' (An-Nisa 4:3 - Pickthall)

'And all married women are forbidden unto you save those captives whom your right hands possess.' (An-Nisa 4:24 - Pickthall)

'Those on whose part you fear desertion, admonish them, and leave them alone in the sleeping-places and beat them' (An-Nisa 4:34 - Shakir)

'Your women are a tilth (i.e.: a field) for you (to cultivate) so go to your tilth as ye will,' (Al-Baqara 2:223 - Pickthall)

INJEEL - But because of immoralities, each man is to have his own wife, and each woman is to have her own husband. The husband must fulfill his duty to his wife, and likewise also the wife to her husband. (1.Corinthians 7:2-3)

Husbands, love your wives and do not be embittered against them. (Colossians 3:19)

Wives, be subject to your own husbands, as to the Lord... Husbands, love your wives, just as Christ also loved the church and gave Himself up for her... So husbands ought also to love their own wives as their own bodies. (Ephesians 5:21-28)

You husbands in the same way, live with your wives in an understanding way, as with someone weaker, since she is a woman; and show her honor as a fellow heir of the grace of life, so that your prayers will not be hindered. (1.Peter 3:7)

Divorce

QURAN - 'O Prophet ! We have made lawful to thee thy wives whom thou hast paid their dowries, and those whom thy right hand possesses from among those whom Allah has given thee as gains of war, and the daughters of thy paternal uncle, ... and any other believing woman if she offers herself for marriage to the Prophet provided the Prophet desires to marry her; this provision is only for thee, and not for other believers... Thou mayest put aside any of them that thou pleasest, and keep with thyself whom thou pleasest; and if thou desirest to take back any of those whom thou hast put aside, there is no blame on thee.' (Ahzab 33:50-51)

'O ye who believe ! enter not the houses of the Prophet unless leave is granted to you... And when you ask them - the wives of the Prophet - for anything, ask them from behind a curtain... And it behoves you not to cause inconvenience to the Messenger of Allah, nor that you should ever marry his wives after him. That, indeed, is a monstrous thing in the sight of Allah.' (Ahzab 33:53)

'For those who vow abstinence from their wives, the maximum period of waiting is four months... and their husbands have the greater right to take them back during that period, ... Such divorce may be pronounced twice... And if he divorces her the third time, then she is not lawful for him thereafter, until she marries another husband; and, if he also divorces her, then it shall be no sin for them to return to each other.' (Al-Baqara 2:226-230)

INJEEL - Some Pharisees came to Jesus, testing Him and asking, "Is it lawful for a man to divorce his wife for any reason at all?" And He answered and said, "Have you not read that He who created them from the beginning made them male and female, and said, 'For this reason a man shall leave his father and mother and be joined to his wife, and the two shall become one flesh'? So they are no longer two, but one flesh. What therefore God has joined together, let no man separate." They said to Him, "Why then did Moses command to give her a certificate of divorce and send her away?" He said to them, "Because of your hardness of heart Moses permitted you to divorce your wives; but from the beginning it has not been this way. And I say to you, whoever divorces his wife, except for immorality, and marries another woman commits adultery." (Matthew 19:3-9)

TORAH - Take heed then to your spirit, and let no one deal treacherously against the wife of your youth. "For I hate divorce," says the Lord. (Malachi 2:15-16)

Oaths, swearing

QURAN - 'Allah will not call you to account for such of your oaths as are vain, but He will call you to account for what your hearts have earned.' (Al-Baqara 2:225)

INJEEL - Again, you have heard that the ancients were told, 'You shall not make false vows, but shall fulfill your vows to the Lord.' But I say to you, make no oath at all, either by heaven, for it is the throne of God, or by the earth, for it is the footstool of His feet, or by Jerusalem, for it is the city of the great king. Nor shall you make an oath by your head, for you cannot make one hair white or black. But let your statement be, 'Yes, yes' or 'No, no'; anything beyond these is of evil. (Matthew 5:33-37)

Adultery

QURAN - 'And such of your women who are guilty of any flagrant impropriety - call to witness four of you against them; and if they bear witness, then confine them to the houses until death overtakes them or Allah opens for them some other way.' (An-Nisa 4:15-16)

'And go not nigh unto adultery, surely, it is a manifest indecency and an evil way.' (Isra 17:32)

'The adulterer shall not marry save an adulteress or an idolatress, and the adulteress none shall marry save an adulterer or an idolater.' (Nur 24:3 - Pickthall)

INJEEL - You have heard that it was said, 'You shall not commit adultery'; but I say to you that everyone who looks at a woman with lust for her has already committed adultery with her in his heart. If your right eye makes you stumble, tear it out and throw it from you; for it is better for you to lose one of the parts of your body, than for your whole body to be thrown into hell. (Matthew 5:27-29)

Do you not know that your bodies are members of Christ? Shall I then take away the members of Christ and make them members of a prostitute? May it never be! ... Flee immorality. Every other sin that a man commits is outside the body, but the immoral man sins against his own body. Or do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God, and that you are not your own? For you have been bought with a price: therefore glorify God in your body. (1.Corinthians 6:15,18-20)

Theft

QURAN - 'As for the thief, both male and female, cut off their hands. It is the reward of their own deeds, an exemplary punishment from Allah.' (Al-Maedah 5:38 - Pickthall)

INJEEL - He who steals must steal no longer; but rather he must labor, performing with his own hands what is good, so that he will have something to share with one who has need. (Ephesians 4:28)

God's love

QURAN - 'Allah loves those who turn much (to Him), and He loves those who purify themselves' (Al-Baqara 2:222 - Shakir)
'Allah loves those who guard (against evil).' (Al-i Ýmran 3:76 - Shakir)
'Allah loves the steadfast.' (Al-i Ýmran 3:146 - Sherali)
'Allah loves those who trust.' (Al-i Ýmran 3:159 - Sherali)
'Allah loves those who do good to others.' (Al-Maedah 5:13)
'Allah adil olanlarý sever.' (Al-Maedah 5:42)

'Allah loves not those who create mischief.' (Al-Qasas 28:77 - Sherali)
'Allah does not love those who are immoderate.' (Al-Al-A'raf 7:31 - Sherali)
'Allah loves not the proud.' (Al-Nahl 16:23 - Sherali)
'Allah does not love the treacherous.' (Al-Anfal 8:58 - Shakir)
'Surely Allah loves not the transgressors.' (Al-Baqara 2:190 - Sherali)

INJEEL - The Pharisees and their scribes began grumbling at His disciples, saying, "Why do you eat and drink with the tax collectors and sinners?" And Jesus answered and said to them, "It is not those who are well who need a physician, but those who are sick. I have not come to call the righteous but sinners to repentance." (Luke 5:30-32)

The one who does not love does not know God, for God is love. By this the love of God was manifested in us, that God has sent His only begotten Son into the world so that we might live through Him. In this is love, not that we loved God, but that He loved us and sent His Son to be the propitiation for our sins. (1.John 4:8-10)

For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish, but have eternal life. (John 3:16)

For while we were still helpless, at the right time Christ died for the ungodly. For one will hardly die for a righteous man; though perhaps for the good man someone would dare even to die. But God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us... For if while we were enemies we were reconciled to God through the death of His Son, much more, having been reconciled, we shall be saved by His life. (Romans 5:6-8,10)

But God, being rich in mercy, because of His great love with which He loved us, even when we were dead in our transgressions, made us alive together with Christ (by grace you have been saved), and raised us up with Him, and seated us with Him in the heavenly places in Christ Jesus. (Ephesians 2:4-6)

But when the kindness of God our Savior and His love for mankind appeared, He saved us, not on the basis of deeds which we have done in righteousness, but according to His mercy, by the washing of regeneration and renewing by the Holy Spirit. (Titus 3:4-5)

Man's love

QURAN - 'O ye who believe ! whoso among you turns back from his Religion, then let him know that Allah will soon bring in his stead a people whom He will love and who will love Him and who will be kind and humble to the believers, and hard and firm against the disbelievers. They will strive in the cause of Allah and will not fear the reproach of a fault-finder.' (Al-Maedah 5:54 - Sherali)

'Say, "If your fathers and sons and your brethren and your wives and your kinsfolk and the wealth you have acquired and the trade whose dullness you fear and the dwellings which you love are dearer to you than Allah and His Messenger and striving in His cause, then wait until Allah brings about His judgment; and Allah guides not the disobedient people." (At-Tawba 9:24)

INJEEL - One of them, a lawyer, asked Him a question, testing Him, "Teacher, which is the great commandment in the Law?" And He said to him, "'You shall love the Lord your God with all your jeart, and with all your soul, and with all your mind.' This is the great and foremost commandment. The second is like it, 'You shall love your neighbour as yourself.'" (Matthew 22:35-39)

If I speak with the tongues of men and of angels, but do not have love, I have become a noisy gong or a clanging cymbal. If I have the gift of prophecy, and know all mysteries and all knowledge; and if I have all faith, so as to remove mountains, but do not have love, I am nothing. And if I give all my possessions to feed the poor, and if I surrender my body to be burned, but do not have love, it profits me nothing.

Love is patient, love is kind and is not jealous; love does not brag and is not arrogant, does not act unbecomingly; it does not seek its own, is not provoked, does not take into account a wrong suffered, does not rejoice in unrighteousness, but rejoices with the truth; 7bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things.

Love never fails; but if there are gifts of prophecy, they will be done away; if there are tongues, they will cease; if there is knowledge, it will be done away. (1.Corinthians 13:1-8)

Did the prophets sin?

QURAN -

Adam and Eve - 'But Satan caused them both to slip... Then Adam learnt from his Lord certain words of prayer. So He turned towards him with mercy.' (Al-Baqara 2:36-37 - Sherali)

Noah - 'My Lord, forgive me and my parents !' (Noah 71:28 - Sherali)

Abraham - 'Our Lord, forgive me... on the day when the reckoning will take place!' (Ýbrahim 14:41 - Sherali)

Moses - 'Moses said, "My Lord, forgive me and my brother, and admit us to Thy mercy"' (Al-A'raf 7:151)

David - 'David thought that We had tried him; so he asked forgiveness of his Lord, and fell down bowing in worship and turned to Him... So We forgave him.' (Saad 38:24-25)

Solomon - 'Certainly, We tried Solomon and We placed on his throne a mere body. Then he turned to God, seeking his mercy. He said, "O my Lord, grant me forgiveness."' (Saad 38:34-35)

Jonah - 'He cried out in the midst of his afflictions... "I have indeed been of the wrongdoers.' So We heard his prayer and delivered him from his distress.' (Al-Anbiya 21:87-88 - Sherali)

Mohammed - 'O Mohammad!... ask forgiveness of Allah. Surely, Allah is Most Forgiving, Merciful.' (An-Nisa 4:105-106 - Sherali)

'O Muhammed... That Allah may forgive thee of thy sin that which is past and that which is to come.' (Al-Fath 48:1-2 - Pickthall)

'So know (O Muhammad) that there is no God save Allah, and ask forgiveness for thy sin and for believing men and believing women.' (Mohammad 47:19 - Pickthall)

'He (Mohammad) frowned and turned (his) back, because there came to him the blind man. And what would make you know that he would purify himself... As for him who considers himself free from need (of you), To him do you address yourself... And as to him who comes to you striving hard, and he fears, from him will you divert yourself. Nay! surely it is an admonishment. (Abese 80:1-11 - Shakir)

Jesus (was SINLESS) -

(There is not a single verse in the Quran that shows Jesus committed a sin)

TORAH -

Adam and Eve (disobediance) - The man said, "The woman whom You gave to be with me, she gave me from the tree, and I ate." (Genesis 3:12)

Noah (drunkenness) - Then Noah began farming and planted a vineyard. He drank of the wine and became drunk (Genesis 9:20-21)

Abraham (lying) - Abraham said of Sarah his wife, "She is my sister." So Abimelech king of Gerar sent and took Sarah. (Genesis 20:2)

Moses (murder) - Now it came about in those days, when Moses had grown up, that he went out to his brethren and looked on their hard labors; and he saw an Egyptian beating a Hebrew, one of his brethren. So he looked this way and that, and when he saw there was no one around, he struck down the Egyptian and hid him in the sand. ... Moses fled from the presence of Pharaoh and settled in the land of Midian. (Exodus 2:11-12,15)

David (adultery) - So David sent and inquired about the woman. And one said, "Is this not Bathsheba, the daughter of Eliam, the wife of Uriah the Hittite?" David sent messengers and took her, and when she came to him, he lay with her; ... she returned to her house. (2.Samuel 11:3-4)

Solomon (idolatry) - When Solomon was old, his wives turned his heart away after other gods... Solomon went after Ashtoreth the goddess of the Sidonians and after Milcom the detestable idol of the Ammonites. Solomon did what was evil in the sight of the Lord. (1.Kings 11:4-5)

Jonah (unforgiveness) - Now the word of the Lord came to Jonah the second time, saying, "Arise, go to Nineveh the great city and proclaim to it the proclamation which I am going to tell you." ... When God saw their deeds, that they turned from their wicked way, then God relented concerning the calamity which He had declared He would bring upon them... But it greatly displeased Jonah and he became angry. (Jonah 3:2,10; 4:1)

Jesus (was SINLESS) -

INJEEL - He who sent Me is with Me; He has not left Me alone, for I always do the things that are pleasing to Him. (John 8:29)

We have a great high priest who has passed through the heavens, Jesus the Son of God... For we do not have a high priest who cannot sympathize with our weaknesses, but One who has been tempted in all things as we are, yet without sin... For it was fitting for us to have such a high priest, holy, innocent, undefiled, separated from sinners and exalted above the heavens. (Hebrews 4:14-15, 7:26)

Sacrifice

QURAN - 'That they may mention the name of Allah, during the appointed days, over the quadrupeds of the class of cattle that He has provided for them. So eat thereof and feed the distressed and the needy. Then let them accomplish their needful acts of cleansing, and fulfill their vows, and go around the Ancient House... ' And for every people We have appointed rites of Sacrifice, that they might mention the name of Allah over the quadrupeds of the class of cattle that He has provided for them. So your God is One God, therefore, submit ye all to Him... And among the sacred Signs of Allah We have appointed for you the sacrificial camels. In them there is much good for you. So mention the name of Allah over them as they stand tied up in rows. And when they fall down dead on their sides, eat thereof and feed him who is needy but contented and him also who supplicates... Their flesh reaches not Allah, nor does their blood, but it is your righteousness that reaches Him.' (Al-Hajj 22:28-37 - Sherali)

INJEEL - The next day he saw Jesus coming to him and said, "Behold, the Lamb of God who takes away the sin of the world!" (John 1:29)

Knowing that you were not redeemed with perishable things like silver or gold from your futile way of life inherited from your forefathers, but with precious blood, as of a lamb unblemished and spotless, the blood of Christ. (1.Peter 1:18-19)

How much more will the blood of Christ, who through the eternal Spirit offered Himself without blemish to God, cleanse your conscience from dead works to serve the living God? (Hebrews 9:14)

But in those sacrifices there is a reminder of sins year by year. For it is impossible for the blood of bulls and goats to take away sins... By this will we have been sanctified through the offering of the body of Jesus Christ once for all. (Hebrews 10:3-4,10)

The way of salvation

QURAN - 'And We shall set up just balances on the Day of Resurrection, so that no soul will be wronged in the least. And even if it be the weight of a grain of mustard seed, We would bring it forth. And sufficient are We as reckoners.' (Al-Anbiya 21:47 - Sherali)

'On that day will men issue forth in scattered groups that they may be shown the results of their works. Then whoso does an atom's weight of good will see it, and whoso does an atom's weight of evil will also see it.' (Al-Zalzalah 99:6-8 - Sherali)

'The day when mankind will stand before the Lord of the worlds. ... Nay, but the record of the righteous is, surely, in Illiyyin.' (Al-Mutaffifeen 83:6-8,18)

TORAH - But who can endure the day of His coming? And who can stand when He appears? For He is like a refiner's fire and like fullers' soap. (Malaki 3:2)

INJEEL - For I know that nothing good dwells in me, that is, in my flesh; for the willing is present in me, but the doing of the good is not. For the good that I want, I do not do, but I practice the very evil that I do not want. (Romans 7:18-19)

For the wages of sin is death, but the free gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord. (Romans 6:23).

There is salvation in no one else; for there is no other name under heaven that has been given among men by which we must be saved. (Acts 4:12)

Therefore repent and return, so that your sins may be wiped away, in order that times of refreshing may come from the presence of the Lord. (Acts 3:19)

Unless one is born again he cannot see the kingdom of God. (John 3:3)

Therefore if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creature; the old things passed away; behold, new things have come... God was in Christ reconciling the world to Himself, not counting their trespasses against them, and He has committed to us the word of reconciliation... we beg you on behalf of Christ, be reconciled to God. (2.Corinthians 5:17-20)

The great prophets' identity

TORAH - Moses said: "Who am I, that I should go to Pharaoh, and that I should bring the sons of Israel out of Egypt?" (Exodus 3:11)

ZABUR - David said: "Who am I, O Lord GOD, and what is my house, that You have brought me this far?" (2.Samuel 7:18)

QURAN - Mohammad said: "I am only a mortal like you." (Fussilat 41:6)

INJEEL - Jesus says: "You are from below, I am from above; you are of this world, I am not of this world." (John 8:23)

Jesus said to him, "I am the way, and the truth, and the life; no one comes to the Father but through Me." (John 14:6)

I am the resurrection and the life; he who believes in Me will live even if he dies, and everyone who lives and believes in Me will never die. Do you believe this?" (John 11:25-26)

For the bread of God is that which comes down out of heaven, and gives life to the world... I am the bread of life; he who comes to Me will not hunger, and he who believes in Me will never thirst. (John 6:33-35)

Whoever drinks of the water that I will give him shall never thirst; but the water that I will give him will become in him a well of water springing up to eternal life. (John 4:14)

He who comes from above is above all, he who is of the earth is from the earth and speaks of the earth. He who comes from heaven is above all. What He has seen and heard, of that He testifies... He who has received His testimony has set his seal to this, that God is true... The Father loves the Son and has given all things into His hand. He who believes in the Son has eternal life; but he who does not obey the Son will not see life, but the wrath of God abides on him. (John 3:31-36)
